Description:
Brigida Morello Convent School, Arjunganj, Lucknow celebrated their first Annual Concert “Mazel Tov” on 2nd December 2023. Shree Kaushal Kishore Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs was the Chief Guest while Rev. Fr. Dennis Naresh Lobo, Vicar General of Lucknow Diocese and Rev. Sr. Pushpa Jacob UMI, the provincial superior, Vimala province Lucknow were the Guest of Honour. The function commenced with the lighting of the traditional lamp followed by Ishwar ki mahima a prayer dance. After that the students of KG presented few dances among which they gave inspiration for saving our earth by saving trees. The students of classes 1,2 and 3 presented Bhangra dance, Puppet show, Dandiya dance & Barbie dance along with a skit giving the message to save our planet. After that the students of class 4 presented a dance showing the importance of education in our lives. The students of class 5 through a short dance drama enacted the life of an army man and gave tribute to our desh ke veer sapoot. Students of class 6 presented a skit on corruption in a hilarious manner. A dance performance was also there on the mission of chandrayaan 3 which showed how successfully it inserted into the lunar orbit and gave a grand success to our nation. These were the major attractions of the day and were greatly applauded and appreciated by the audience present over there. Speaking on the occasion, Shree Kaushal Kishore, Rev. Fr. Dennis Naresh Lobo and Rev. Pushpa Jacob appreciated the spirit and confidence of the students and praised the school for giving such a stage exposure to all the kids and encouraged staff with their precious words. The program concluded with the National Anthem.
